Hi there! My name is Monika. I wear a lot of hats. I am an online certified nutritionist, a health and wellness coach, a scientist, an entrepreneur, a powerlifter, and, most of all, a mum. Because I am juggling many responsibilities and they can get too overwhelming, I tend to put everything and everyone else first and fall down the spiral of quick and unhealthy choices. And I saw that many mums are just like me. That’s why this stops now. I’m breaking B.A.D. – Balanced, Authentic, Deserving.

As I understood the endless guilt and shame associated with food and habits, I created the B.A.D. Movement. Women should always live empowered without needing to resort to the fad diets and the unrealistic pursuit of a 24-inch waist. We have to be confident in our skin and body while being healthy, which is why I started creating personalised attainable guides to a healthy lifestyle.
