I wear a lot of hats. I am a scientist, nutrition coach, entrepreneur, a powerlifter, and most of all, a mum. I juggle many responsibilities. And just like every busy mum, I have the tendency to put everything and everyone else first and fall down the spiral of quick and unhealthy choices. This stops now. I’m breaking BAD – Balanced. Authentic. Deserving

Break B.A.D With Me

Understanding the endless guilt and shame attacked towards food and habits, I created the Balanced, Authentic, Deserving(BAD) movement that allows women to feel empowered without needing the fad diets and the unrealistic pursuit to a 24 inch waist. I give utmost importance to feeling confident in one’s skin while being healthy, which is why I started this pursuit of creating personalised attainable guides to a healthy lifestyle.

I met Monika 10 months ago and she changed my life. Not only did she make me realise that my body is worth looking after, she helped me accept it in glory!
