BAD mums Club

Hi! We’re the B.A.D. Mums. We’re mothers, scientists, entrepreneurs, and most of all, women who seek empowerment. 

Being in a world where women are supposed to act certain ways, it’s hard for us to embrace our being and pave the way for our own self-improvement. We’re told to care for others. And we do so unconditionally however leaving us with zero energy to love ourselves.

And understanding that, we cried. Each time we looked in the mirror, we felt hopeless. 

But one thing made us realise that we need to go B.A.D.! To be the best version of ourselves WHILE performing responsibilities, we had to go out and strengthen ourselves. From food, mental being, routines, to the simple things like skin care or just taking a walk!

In last 21 days I have changed my life. From insecure, shy and hating my body girl I turned into a woman who started learning how to love and treat my body. I have lost 3.5 kg in past 21 days, it doesn’t seem to be a lot but what a difference. My friend have dragged me into this challenge as she seen how unconfident I have got since I put on loads of weight through the lockdown…. I have joined with the thought that if I won’t do it now I will never do it ? That was a battle with myself mentally, because honestly who doesn’t want an ice cream or a bit of chocolate at 11 pm ? first week was tough but I got over myself and stuck to the meal plan and here we are photos show huge difference ?? I cannot wait for next challenge and I feel great ??

So this is my very first challenge and coincidentally it’s also my first time EVER using the products and I’m in complete shock at what I have achieved in such a short time!
As this was my first challenge I decided to focus on the nutrition side of things and didn’t take part in any of the daily workouts whilst I got my head around the shakes and snacks and meals etc. I did however push myself to get my 10k a day steps in and this was helped massively by walking with my poochy, overall I’m averaging about 14k steps a day!!
I guess I’m in shock at my results as I’ve done no exercise at all, other than walking my doggy, and I’ve still lost lbs and cm’s so I guess what they say really is true 80% nutrition 20% exercise!!
I’m so excited for the next challenge especially as I’m going to get to grips with the daily exercises so my results, fingers crossed, should knock these results out of the park!!

I was debating whether to post this but I’m so proud of the results I thought why not !
This is my first time using Herbalife nutrition products and my first challenge!
January I decided enough was enough and tried to diet again… didn’t work until I was asked to take on the Herbalife challenge, now if I am honest I really didn’t believe that this would make a change to my body but here it is.
I am so amazed that I have now decided to keep this as my lifestyle and carry on with the Herbalife products.
And as for exercise- I am not very good at this but my fitness levels are up and with COVID around I think that’s more important than ever! I have really enjoyed the classes and the lives and just been part of the group.
