14 Days of Accountability is designed to give you a breakfast boost which is nutrition dense but still low in calories. However, to succeed in a diet you need to enjoy your snacks, your effort, and lastly, the journey.
For 14 Days, learn to combat stress with the right amount of food and a dash of energy boosting activities that fit into your busy schedule.

I’ve lost 14 centimetres, which is basically one a day. Yeah, I’m really excited! The ladies in the group has also helped me massively. Even though I thought I was drinking quite a lot of water, I didn’t realise how much more I needed to bring in to my body. So it’s really helped.  So thank you, Monika.
