Hi there! My name is Monika. I wear a lot of hats. I am an online certified nutrition expert, a health and wellness coach, a scientist, an entrepreneur, a powerlifter, and, most of all, a mum. Because I am juggling many responsibilities and they can get too overwhelming, I tend to put everything and everyone else first and fall down the spiral of quick and unhealthy choices. Women should always live empowered without needing to resort to the fad diets and the unrealistic pursuit of a 24-inch waist.
